October being the Breast Cancer Awareness month, besides the awareness talks that I am invited for, I have made a healthy alternative to the sugar laden ice-cream.
This is dedicated to my mom who loves ice-cream which has prompted me to experiment in the past with different sorbets but this one is creamy with healthy fat, sugar free and simple and easy.
Blend together 1 frozen banana, half an avocado, and a cup of frozen raspberries with a little maple syrup or honey.
Freeze and enjoy
