I was invited to a pastry masterclass by Chef Zairah Molina of La Serre by CNIEL and the European Union, Cream of Europe to prepare the perfect Tarte Tropezienne

Looks like a simple pastry but when we got down to making it ,had 5 different elements in that small flavourful bite
