Chef Amrish Sood of Rang Mahal by Atul Kochhar invited me for the tastings and a cooking demonstration by Ishita Saha of Ishita Unblogged in collaboration with the Michelin starred Chef Atul Kochhar himself.
Atul Kochhar is the founder and head chef of London’s famous Benares restaurant. Achieving his first Michelin star in 2001, he is an international celebrity chef, TV star and author of three bestselling cookbooks.
Rang Mahal by Atul Kochhar has received multiple awards under the able Chef Amrish Sood including Best Indian Restaurant 2015 – TimeOut Dubai and Chef of the Year 2014, Amrish Sood – Caterer Middle East and BBC Good Food Middle East

Rang Mahal presents the Navratan Menu. Navratan is the Hindi word for Nine Jewels and includes nine signature dishes, and now in collaboration with Ishita Saha has presented a limited edition Bengali menu ‘NOBOROTNO’ a feast for the senses.
